ONLINE REGISTRATION TO MARY WARD SCHOOL, MULUND JUNIOR K.G. STATE BOARD
for the academic year 2023-2024 form will be available on school website on 14th January 2023, for 24 hours i.e. 14th January 2023, Saturday - 9.00 a.m. to 15th January 2023, Sunday – 9.00 a.m.
Kindly download the form, along with the requirements given below and submit in the school office as per the dates assigned to you.
Requirements:
- Child should be born between 01.10.2018 and 31.12.2019.
- Original Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation and Xerox copy. The Baptismal Certificate (for Catholics and Christians) and the one given by the Municipal Corporation and not of the Hospital.
- Ration card with the child’s name enrolled and a Xerox copy.
- Copy of Aadhar Card.
- Registration fee Rs.200/-
- Paste a family photo and child’s photo on the form.
- Caste Certificate for (SC/ST/NT/DT/OBC/SBC).
- Income certificate of the parents.
Parents are requested to register their child’s name in other schools also, as we have limited seats.
For admission, if anyone gives donation to any middle man your admission will be cancelled
Submission of the duly filled Registration forms with the xerox copies of the documents, alongwith the registration fees of Rs. 200 will be done on 19th January 2023, from 8.30 am to 10.30 am.
NO DONATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO RECOMMENDATION BY OTHERS.
